Style: Napoleon III

Nephew of Napoleon I, Louis-Napoleon Bonaparte was elected President of the Second Republic in 1848 before becoming Emperor Napoleon III in 1852 following a coup d'etat.

Napoleon III style is one of the most interesting even if nothing is really novel with elements borrowed from preceding styles. Based on the taste of the period, Japanese, Chinese and Oriental art brings a richness, abundance and eclecticism specific to this period.

Lamp

Very attractive black lamp in the Napoleon III style delicately decorated with gold motifs. Its oil tank has been removed to electrify it. I present it with a simple black lampshade but I'm sure my friend Lisa @lampshadesdubai will be able to suggest a custom shade if you wish to make it even more beautiful and in perfect harmony with your interior.
