You may not need it, but you’ll probably want it! A fireplace always adds so much charm to a room, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. This beautifully sculpted blond oak fireplace mantel, in the Louis XV style, is a fine French reproduction from around 1950.
Originally designed to enclose a working chimney flue, its depth reflects its functional purpose. However, I can arrange to make it less deep, transforming it into a decorative fireplace that fits seamlessly into any space while maintaining its stunning presence.
Imagine it paired with a beautiful rug, two comfortable armchairs, a few striking objects on top, and either a mirror or paintings above it. The result? A scene of timeless elegance.
Don’t miss the opportunity to elevate your décor with this stunning piece.

More Information
Style: Louis XV
Louis XV, known as the "Beloved" reigned over the kingdom of France from 1715 to 1774, he was the only king of France to be born and die at the Palace of Versailles.
The Louis XV style is characterized by its elegance and lightness. It is recognizable by the grace of the curved legs of the furniture with "pied de biche"(deer foot).
The wood is natural, gilded or painted. The "rococo" style ornamentation is inspired by nature and exoticism.
