A refined pair of late 19th‑century Napoleon III lamps, originally crafted as bronze pique‑cierges and later carefully electrified. Each lamp stands on a triangular bronze base, richly sculpted with classical motifs, scrolling lines and small figurative reliefs characteristic of the period. The bronze shows a warm, authentic patina that enhances the depth of the decoration.

The pleated fabric shades, finished with a delicate gold fringe, cast a soft and atmospheric light. Their gentle glow makes them ideal for a console, a commode or a marble‑topped sideboard, adding warmth and elegance to any interior.

This pair reflects the eclectic spirit of the Napoleon III era, where classical inspiration, decorative richness and a sense of theatre come together in a harmonious, timeless aesthetic.
