This lovely pair of Empire‑style bronze lamps is a high‑quality vintage model from the 1950s.
The bases are decorated with palmettes and stylised bees, while the lower section features the laurel wreaths that are so characteristic of the Empire aesthetic.
The pleated silk lampshades in a warm bronze tone add softness and elegance, giving the pair a refined, timeless look.
Their medium size makes them easy to place — perfect on bedside tables, on a console, or in a living room where they bring a gentle, atmospheric glow.
A charming duo with real presence. I’m sure you’ll love them.

More Information
Style Empire:
The First French Empire is a period marked by the reign of Napoleon Bonaparte from 1804 to 1815.
The craftsmen were invited to create majestic works to symbolise imperial power. For this purpose, they took up Egyptian or Greco-Roman motifs and adapted them to furniture.
To these are added imperial and warlike motifs. These include the crown, the imperial eagle, the bee, the star, the spear...
Mahogany, walnut, maple, elm and ash are representative woods of this style.
