Beautiful Henri II style sideboard, crafted from oak and dating back to the late 19th century. The Henri II style, originally inspired by the decorative arts and architecture of the French Second Renaissance during King Henri II's reign (1547–1559), later evolved into the neo-Renaissance furniture design widely popular in the second half of the 19th century and into the 20th.
This sideboard is both functional and decorative, featuring two doors and two drawers, as well as tiered shelves that transform it into a versatile serving table. Detailed carvings on the doors and upper section, columns on the sides, decorative finials, and a central mirror add to its refined charm. An additional shelf beneath the sideboard completes the design, making it as practical as it is elegant.
Though perfect for a dining room, its striking beauty allows it to shine in an entryway or hallway, where it can enhance any space with its timeless appeal.
