I fell for this stunning violin-shaped table, named after its elegant curves. Its refined silhouette and beautifully sculpted tripod base make it a true statement piece. Recently refinished in black, it now carries a subtle touch of modernity while preserving all its charm.
I love the details—the hidden drawers tucked into the apron, discreet yet practical. In an entryway or nestled in a corner of a living room, I just know it will draw every eye.
I can already picture it adding a touch of sophistication wherever it’s placed.

Nephew of Napoleon I, Louis-Napoleon Bonaparte was elected President of the Second Republic in 1848 before becoming Emperor Napoleon III in 1852 following a coup d'etat.
Napoleon III style is one of the most interesting even if nothing is really novel with elements borrowed from preceding styles. Based on the taste of the period, Japanese, Chinese and Oriental art brings a richness, abundance and eclecticism specific to this period.
